Shirley Mae Betham

Shirley Mae Betham of Conshohocken and Plymouth, on December 9, 2013. Age 77. Daughter of the late Warren and Hazel White, she was born in Norristown on July 16, 1936. She was a former president of the Lincoln Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary and a school bus driver for Romano's for many years. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Betham. Loving mother of Keith Betham (Catherine), Karen Swartz (Kenneth) and Brenda Hojnacki (Edward). She was the devoted Mom Mom of Jeffrey, Michael and David Dutill, and Corey Betham. Great grandmom of Nicholas, Emma, Kaylin, Charlie, Liam and Hayden. Also survived by her sister, Nancy Shirley (George) and two brothers Harvey White (Mary) and Kenneth White (Donna) and many nieces and nephews. Shirley was preceded in death by her son Brian Betham and granddaughter Kelli Betham. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday evening, December 12th from 7-9 pm and again on Friday, December 13th from 9 am- 10am at the Kirk & Nice Funeral Home, 80 Stenton Ave. Plymouth Meeting, PA where a celebration of Shirley's life will be held at 10 am. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park.
