Bernadette J. Grzywacz, 82, of Collegeville, died on November 12, 2013 at Einstein Montgomery Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of Stanley J. Grzywacz, Sr. for 62 years. She was born in Pottstown, PA on May 30, 1931 to the late Joseph and Mary (Pollick) Koren. Bernadette was a graduate of Pottstown High School class of 1949. She worked for a tank truck rental company doing bookkeeping during the 1950's. She later volunteered for Visitation BVM School Library for many years. She was a loving homemaker, and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a devoted member of Visitation BVM Church where she was a member of the Perpetual Adoration Society where she dedicated her time each week. In addition to her husband Stanley, she is survived by four children David Grzywacz and Cheryl of Pottstown, Janet Cornell and Gary of Limerick, Bernadette Ceccola of West Norriton, Carol Galanti and Reini of King of Prussia, 11 grandchildren David, Daniel, Carrie, Hollie, Julianna, Jessica Grzywacz, Nicole Cornell, Krystle, Caitlin Ceccola, Amber Bechtel, Lucas Galanti, 5 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters Mary Karvoski and Cecilia Tshudy both of Pottstown, a brother Joseph Koren of Birdsboro, and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a son Stanley J. Grzywacz, Jr., brothers George and Francis Koren, a sister Anna Goggins. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Visitation BVM Church (Lower Church), 196 N. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA 19403. The Viewing will be from 9-11 a.m. at church. Interment will be in the Limerick Garden of Memories.
