Charles C. Colletti

Obituary Condolences

They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. Chuck's were smart, meticulous and compassionate, among others. He was a big brother in every sense of the word who cared for his family, his kittens and his home. On Sunday November 10th, 2013 there was no time for goodbyes. Charles C. "Chucky" Colletti, age 59, passed away suddenly, at his home, in Plymouth Meeting. Home is where your treasure is. There, Chuck, your heart will be also. Chuck was born in Norristown and had been a lifelong resident of Plymouth Meeting. He had a natural talent as an incomparable sketch artist and had exceptional mechanical inclination. Early on Chuck and his brother had been active weight lifters. He had a physique as if from a sculptor's chisel and attained a red belt in Kempo martial arts. Chuck had worked at the Home Depot in Plymouth Meeting and was an avid science fiction fan. He was also an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and excelled at archery. Chuck is the son of the late Salvatore A. & Kathleen (Quigley) Colletti. He is the brother of Kathleen Ramsey, Jacob, David and Alicia Colletti. He is also survived and will be sadly missed by his nieces; Diane Ramsey-Milito, Deana Ramsey, his nephews; Christopher, David, Jr. & Michael Colletti as well as numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. Relatives and friends are invited to remember Chuck and pay tribute to a dedicated family man at his Life Celebration on Friday morning between 11 am and 12 pm at Boyd-Horrox Life Celebration Home 200 W. Germantown Pike, Norristown where a memorial ceremony will be celebrated at 12 pm. Monsignor. Sangermano officiating. Inurnment will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Norristown.
