Our heartfelt condolences. Although we never had the honor of meeting Landon, his vibrant personality along with his love of sports and people sound very much like his Uncle Joe, who has had an incredibly positive affect on our three sons. So sorry for your loss.

I did not know your son personally, but I knew of him and his beautiful spirit through his friend,Christopher VItali. For some reason, he touched a cord in my heart, as I am sure he did for many.

We cannot imagine the pain of your loss and pray that God will look over your family with special care and blessings.
Landon was a wonderful boy and we had the pleasure of being with him on several occasions when he played with our grandson Aidan Dougherty. Despite his illness he always showed the spirit and determination to win. He was Aidan's best friend and his passing will surely leave a sadness in Aidan's heart.
As difficult as this period is for you we are sure that your family and friends will bring some comfort to you.

Landon was one of those rare people you come across in life that you want to be around. He had that it factor, like a rock star. Whenever he arrived at the baseball field, there was a buzz: Landon's here, my 8 year old son would shout. That instantly made us all smile. He lit up any room or field with his mere presence.
I had the honor of coaching Landon. Some kids have heart; some have talent. Landon uniquely had both. What set him apart, though, was his infectious smile and upbeat attitude. When I learned that he was competing and smiling while battling an insidious disease and undergoing excruciating treatments, my respect and admiration grew to unprecedented levels.
I don't know if I have ever admired someone as much as I do Landon. He epitomized the words bravery and courage. I want to thank Ariel and Beth for sharing their son with the world. He was a gift to everyone. I know that my family and I became better people for knowing him. Rest in peace, my friend.

I remember meeting your family in 2009 and it was love at first sight. I was blessed to teach Landon and watch him grow. I got lucky again to be blessed with Brooklyn and then Hayden as well, and then have the kids at summer camp. Your family has such a strong presence that you can just feel it when you are around. Love knows no bounds and your family lives it! I remember how Landon and Brooklyn's faces lit up when Pop was coming to pick them up from school.
