Obituary Condolences

Vincent A. Dascoli, a Harleysville resident passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, March 21, 2013 in Pennsburg Manor at the age of 82. Mr. Dascoli, was employed in the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office as an Administrative Assistant for 30 years. He was a graduate of the former Bridgeport High School. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict serving with the Hq and Hq Co. Port of Wittier Alaska and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal and The National Defense Service Medal. Mr. Dascoli enjoyed traveling especially taking cruises and loved his grandchildren. Born in Bridgeport on January 28, 1931, he was the son of the late Frank and Jennie (Carbone) Dascoli. Surviving is his loving wife of 39 years: Elsie (Sims) Dascoli; daughter, Denise Fox, and her husband Rich, of Pottstown; son, Norman Dascoli, and his wife Kathy, of West Warwick, RI; grandchildren, Erika Rasimenoks, Richard Fox, Jason Dascoli and Gabriella Dascoli; brother, Americo "Burr" Dascoli, and his wife Janice, of Plymouth. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday morning, March 28, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. from the Bernard S. Gutkowski Funeral Home, Inc. 305 Jefferson St. Swedesburg, Upper Merion Twp. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday morning from 9:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home.
