Evangelista Boccella Obituary
Evangelista "Angie" (Bonetti) Boccella passed away peacefully on Friday, April 4, 2014 at ManorCare Health Services in King of Prussia, Pa. She was 99. Mrs. Boccella was a resident of Bridgeport, Pa. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport.
Born in Mantemarano, Italy on Jan. 8, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Felice and Luisella Bonetti. She was the wife of the late Luigi A. Boccella, who died in 1989. Surviving is her loving family including a daughter, Michelina M. Manzo and her husband, Enrico, of Bridgeport, Pa.; two sons, Phillip Boccella of Norristown, Pa. and Carmen Boccella and his wife, Denise, of W. Norriton, Pa.; a daughter-in-law, Mary Boccella of Norristown, Pa.; 11 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a son, Samuel F. Boccella; and two brothers and a sister.
Relatives and friends are invited to Angie's Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at 10 a.m.
Her viewing is Thursday from 9 to 9:50 a.m., at the church.
Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Angie's memory to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 502 Ford St., Bridgeport, PA 19405.
