Marie E. (Hoch) Errington, formerly of Kulpsville Marie E. (Hoch) Errington, 81, companion of the late Albert Bartholomew Jr., formerly of Kulpsville and Lower Providence, died Saturday, in Clearwater, FL, where she lived since 2012. Marie was born on February 22, 1933, in Lower Providence, and was a daughter of the late Theodore C. and Catherine L. (Sims) Hoch. She was a 1951 graduate of Collegeville - Trappe High School. Before she retired, Marie was a long time clerk for Risher Van Horn Flowers, Lower Providence. Marie was a social member of Kline-Styer-McCann Post #7155, VFW, Trappe, and the former H.K. Boyer School Parent Teacher Assn. She was a former Girl Scout leader, Cub Scout Den Mother, and Lower Perkiomen Perkettes Softball League coach. She enjoyed bowling at Facenda - Whittaker Lanes, traveling, car shows, and spending time at the beach. Marie is survived by her children, Sharon Errington, Lower Providence, Ronald and his wife, Caren Errington, of Clearwater, Steven, and his wife Linda Errington, of Myrtle Beach, SC, and Randy, and his companion Melissa Haigh, of Madeira Beach, FL; and his granddaughters, Stephanie Errington, Clearwater, FL, Jessica Claycomb Doha, Qatar, and Lisa Errington, Myrtle Beach, SC. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Geraldine Steinbach. Theodore Hoch, Jr., husband of Evelyn M. (Casey), Lansdale, and Edward Hoch, husband of Norine Hoch, Berwyn. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 9th, in the Good Shepherd Mausoleum Chapel, Limerick Garden Of Memories, 44 Swamp Pike, Limerick Twp., with the Rev. Thomas T. Kochenderfer, Pastor Emeritus, St. Andrew Lutheran Church, Lower Providence, officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum. Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Wednesday, at the chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Suncoast Hospice Foundation, 5771 Roosevelt BLVD, Clearwater, FL 33760-9962. Arrangements are by Holcombe Funeral Home, Inc., Trappe.
