Phyllis M. Hubbert (ne Martinelli) of East Norriton Phyllis M. Hubbert (ne Martinelli) of East Norriton, died Tuesday morning at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. She was predeceased by her father and mother, Nunziato and Vincenza Martinelli as well as her brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Erma Martinelli. Phyllis was the wife of the late James F. Hubbert who passed away in 1999. Mrs. Hubbert graduated from Overbrook High School and in her youth, was an avid dancer at Chez-Vous of Upper Darby. As a resident of Montgomery Township for 45 years, Phyllis was a very active member of her community. Amongst her many volunteer endeavors were positions in Wissahickon School District PTOs; various church groups - including New Beginnings at St Helena's; and the Women's Club of Whitpain. She was the loving mother of Martina R. Wiedmayer (husband John F.) of Collegeville, PA; and Jennifer H. Staples (husband Scott D.) of Basking Ridge, NJ; and "Nana" to her five grandchildren: Johnny, Kelly, Jacob, Matthew, and Cassidy. Also surviving is her dear friend Joseph A. Hrusovsky of Worchester. Relatives and friends are invited to join the Hubbert family to remember, celebrate and pay tribute to Phyllis on Saturday morning between 9 - 10 am at the Boyd-Horrox Life Celebration Home 200 W. Germantown Pike, Norristown. Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated at 11:00 am at Epiphany of Our Lord Church 3050 Walton Rd. Plymouth Meeting. Interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
