To Dorothy and all the family: Rick and I want to express our deepest sympathy on the loss of Doc this past week. We admired his immense experience with books, travel, music and the medical field, and always took his advice to heart as we grew up into adulthood. We loved his sense of humor and compassionate spirit, and will truly miss him. Thank you all for how you helped him through his last years, and the love you showed him all the way to the end of his life. God bless Joe and all the family as we suffer this loss. Joe Lewis and Rick Fulmer
