Nelson, Deborah Ann - Vallejo  
June 27, 1957 - April 6, 2015 Deborah A. Nelson, 58, of Vallejo, passed away on Monday, April 6, at Kaiser Vallejo Hospital. She was born in Little Rock, AR. Visitation will be held on Friday April 17, from 3 to 8 p.m., with a quiet hour from 7 to 8 p.m., at Wiggins-Knipp Funeral Home, 524 Capitol St., Vallejo. Funeral service will be held Saturday, April 18, at 11 a.m., at Corinthians Church of God in Christ, 1101 Benicia Road, Vallejo. Deborah will be laid to rest at Skyview Memorial Lawn, 200 Rollingwood Drive, Vallejo. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Wiggins-Knipp Funeral Home, 707-642-4459.

Price, John Robert (Bob) - Vallejo  
Dec. 14, 1936 - April 7, 2015 John Robert Price passed away in Vallejo on April 7. Bob was born as James Morris Aney in Kalispell, MT on Dec. 14, 1936 and was adopted as an infant. His family relocated to California in 1942 and he spent his early childhood years in Vallejo before moving to Napa and St. Helena and graduating from Napa High School in 1955. Bob joined the U.S. Air Force and served as an air policeman stationed in Cheyenne, Wyoming and Saudi Arabia Air Base. After the military he moved back to Napa and became an electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Union #180 and retired in the early 2000's. Bob was a longtime member of the local Elks Lodge #832 (holding the esteemed post of Exalted Ruler for 2.5 years), Moose Lodge and American Legion. Bob also enjoyed antique cars and was a member of the Antique Automobile Association and the Veterans Motor Car Club of America. He loved sports, played high school football, loved watching and playing golf, fishing and was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers, Giants and NASCAR. Bob was also known for his love of the holidays, dressing up as the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus for many years for the family and local children. Bob married Sharon Lynne Price on Dec. 15, 1984. They loved to spend time with family and friends; traveling to Hawaii, Alaska, and Lake Tahoe were their favorites. He is survived by her children and grandchildren, Debbie Foote Stack, Donald (Sharon) Buresh, Jr., Sherell Guyot, all of Napa and Donna Cutshaw of KY, Janet (Ernesto) Ceja, Wendy Foote, Kim (Dan) Cooper, Jacquelynn Buresh, Remy Swim, Jake Fagan, Jennifer Webb, Kristina Williams, and his children, Randy Price and Pamela Baeza; grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Bob spent the last 12 years with longtime girlfriend, Paula Schultz. They enjoyed spending time at the Elks and traveling with friends in their RV groups, including the Tiffin Motor Coach Organization. They most recently took a wonderful cruise to the Caribbean. He is survived by Paula and her children, Renee (Mark) Schultz Hein, Yvonne (John) Parker, Eric (Diana) Schultz; grandchildren, Christina (Jay) Cowell, Jennifer Desilva, Tony and Lauren Parker and Brian and Eric Schultz; and great grandchildren, Cameron and Trevor Desilva, and Karlie and Dylan Cowell. He also leaves behind his beloved dog, Kaluha. Bob was preceded in death by his late wife, Sharon and sons, Kenny and Jimmy Price. Memorial service and celebration of life will be on Monday, April 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Napa Elks Lodge, 2840 Soscol Ave. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the Napa Elks Lodge #832.

Reed, David C. - Vallejo  
March 20, 1954 - April 10, 2015 David C. Reed, 61, of Vallejo, passed away suddenly Friday, April 10 at Feather River Hospital in Paradise. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, April 25, at Twin Chapels Mortuary, 1100 Tennessee St., Vallejo. Inurnment will be private. Runyon, June Marie - Vallejo  
Jan. 16, 1931 - April 9, 2015 June passed away at the Camino Alto Residence Club after a long illness. She was born in Oakland, but her family moved to Richmond when she was very young. She attended Richmond schools, graduating from Richmond High School in 1949. She later married Charles Inness, had two daughters, and moved to Vallejo in 1958. She was employed by CertainTeed Roofing in the 50's, Dr. Bradford (a children's dentist) in the 60's and was last employed for 17 years as secretary at the First Presbyterian Church, retiring in 1990. Her hobbies included collection Lladro figurines, anything to do with rabbits, and her pet poodle, Jack. She was predeceased by her parents, Edgar and Pauline Capell, and her brother, Richard Capell. June was a very loving and generous person who will be greatly missed by all the friends and relatives she has left behind. She is survived by her current husband of 34 years, Kenneth Runyon of Vallejo; daughters, Kathi (Denis) Paquette of Concord and Debra Inness of Richmond; step-son, Kenn Runyon of Tahoe City; step-daughter, Janelle (Dean) Hall of Benicia, and grandchildren, Colleen Paquette of La Crescenta, Michael Paquette of Sacramento, Brent and Alex Hall of Benicia. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 18 at First Presbyterian Church of Vallejo, 1350 Amador St., Vallejo. Inurment will be private. Seymour, William Robert - Vallejo  
Aug. 31, 1920 - April 8, 2015 William R. Seymour "Bob", 94, of Vallejo, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, after a brief illness. He was born in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by his wife, Margaret in 2003. Survived by his daughters, Dianne (Joseph) Zabenko, Kathie Mason; son, Bill Seymour; brother, John F. (Martha) Seymour; six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. He was employed with the Southern Pacific Railroad for 40 years, and retired in 1982. William Enjoyed woodworking and bowling. Contributions may be made to the Solano County Food Bank. There will be no services per Williams's request. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Skyview Memorial Lawn, 707-644-7474.

Sparks, Douglas Craig - Vallejo  
May 23, 1946 - April 11, 2015 Douglas C. Sparks, 68, of Fairfield passed away Saturday, April 11, peacefully at home with his wife and family by his side. He was born in Vallejo. He graduated from Vallejo High School in 1965. He later married the love of his life Dolores in 1987, and together they resided in Fairfield. Douglas retired from Solano Garbage Company. He was an avid fisherman; together he and his wife loved to travel and camp, as well as enjoying family time and gatherings. Doug is survived by his beloved wife, Dolores Sparks; brother, Jim (Karen) Redner of Kentucky; two nephews, Eric Sparks of Stockton, and Thomas Sparks of Vallejo; three nieces, Amanda Sparks of Fresno, Desiree Wallace of Vallejo, and Karen Grass of Santa Rosa; three stepchildren, Lucy (Mike) Medina of Lake Berryessa, Pete Manas of Williams and Vickie Manas of Fairfield; five grandkids, Elaine Medina of Sacramento, Hannah Manas of Napa, Andrew (Lauren) Medina of Woodland, Olivia Manas of Winters and Lilly Manas of Oregon. As per Doug's request there will be no services. Gone yet not forgotten, although we are apart, your spirit lives within us forever in our hearts.
