Heloise "Toni" DiRicco, 91, passed away after a brief illness on Monday, Dec. 24, at Sutter Solano Medical Center.

She was also proud to be an Honorary Kentucky Colonel.
She is survived by daughter, Sheila (Steve) Hofer of Sacramento, and a host of friends and coworkers.
