Jean Sullivan Lesser(1919 - 2014)

Our mom, grandma, Grandma Jean died peacefully on March 20, in Napa after a brief illness.

Jean was a very involved grandma and great-grandma. She was known for her sense of humor, her homemade Christmas goodies, and for being "a tough old bird". She is and will be greatly missed.

Jean is survived by her three daughters, Sharon, Brenda, and Lee Ann (Joe); five grandchildren, Phillip (Karen), Renee' (David), Tony, Stephanie (Bobby), and Lisa (Jimbo); 11 great-grandchildren, Megan, Chad, Lauren, Joseph, Kayleigh, Amy, Brendan, Nikolas, Jacob, Pilar, and Makena; one sister, Edythe Long; one sister-in-law, Esther Holobar, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial celebration of Jean's life will be held Sunday, April 6 at 1 p.m., at Crosswalk Community Church, 2590 1st St., Napa. If possible, please wear purple to the service in honor of Grandma Jean and her favorite color.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the food pantry at Crosswalk Community Church.
