Tim "Guy Guy" Casha, 35, resident of Fairfield for 10 years, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 3, in an auto accident. Mr. Casha was a native of Oakland. He worked in commercial construction as an interior trim carpenter for 15 years and had recently returned to work for Peacock Construction Company of Lafayette six weeks ago. He was raised in the Catholic faith and had strong beliefs. He was a big hearted guy that was always willing to help anyone in need. He was a Radio Control car fanatic, loved riding his motorcycle, skateboarding and was a good golfer. When he tried something new he was very passionate and went at it full heartedly. He had lots of close friends that were more like family and he really cherished being a Dad and spending time with his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Lyndsay Casha (married five years) of Fairfield; daughter, Sicily Casha of Fairfield; brothers, Christopher Casha of Chico, Shannon Casha of Brentwood, Scotty Cavalli of San Leandro; nephew, Michael Casha; nieces, Sophia Casha, Eliza Fitzhugh and Mallory Fitzhugh. He was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph "JoJo" and Pamela "Poops" Casha. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 21, 11 a.m., at Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., Tracy. Inurnment will be private. Memorial contributions in Mr. Casha's name may be made to an education fund for his daughter Sicily Casha c/o Chase Bank, Acct #3005932784, 5095 Business Center Drive, Fairfield, CA 94534.
