Camilo "Ramil" Ortiz Abreu went to the Lord on Sept. 22, in Binalonan, Pangasinan, PI at the age of 70. Born to Mariano Bautista and Martina Ortiz Abreu in San Nicolas, Pangasinan. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He was employed with the State of CA-CalTrans as a structural painter, retiring after 25 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Felicitas DeMayo Abreu of Vallejo, and their children, Felinda (Steve) Swan of West Sacramento, Allan (Myra) of Daly City, and Gary of Vallejo. Blessed with seven grandchildren, Marisol, Gabriel, Selena, Sheyenne, Arianna, Shane and Shawn; his sisters, Juanita Pantaleon of Vallejo, Paulina (Christino) Florentin of Binalonan, Pangasinan, PI, and Socorro (Ovidio) Dulay of Bartow, Florida. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 8 and Wednesday, Oct. 9 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with vigil on Wednesday at 7 p.m., at Colonial Chapels, 1000 Redwood St., Vallejo. Mass of Christian burial will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 10 at St. Basil The Great Church in Vallejo. Burial to follow at 1 p.m., at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon with full military honors.
