Chris Minchillo Obituary
Chris was a fierce advocate for HIV prevention and a magician at heart. He passed peacefully at home on October 29, 2010. A viewing for all will be held at Holy Angels St. Joseph Cemetery, 2540 Church Lane in San Pablo on Friday Nov. 5, 2010, from 5 to 8 p.m., and a memorial will be held Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at 2 p.m. on Ocean Beach, San Francisco, at the end of Judah Street. Contributions are needed and can be made by Paypal.com to [email protected]. Thank you from all our hearts.

Chris, i wasn't fortunate enough to know you, but i know your brother, Sean. He misses you dearly and talked of you two making sure there was always cake on your birthdays whether the day started off good or bad. Sean is so proud of all you accomplished. He talks about you all the time and will always need your presence in his life in whatever way you can reach him. You're his angel.

We celebrated your life yesterday. There was so much to celebrate, I even made a new party dress to wear. You may be gone from this earth, but I know you are still with us. We were your second family, as first your dear Dad, then your sweet Mom passed away. We have so many happy memories since we met you at 6 yrs old at St. Vincent's. Ramona and you side by side making your First Communion. Rachel and Ramona being your Magician Assistants. Going to Great America and always laughing with all of our fun adventures. We always tried to protect you and Sean, and will continue to check on Sean as his life goes on without you. We love you, dear Chris, say hello to all of your family in Heaven. Oh Christian.....Where do I start. We go way back and I Thank you for so many cherished memories. I have few friends I can say I have cried and laughed with, I was lucky to have been able to call you friend. Over l the last few day when I close my eyes and I think about you and the past.
