Iris Valentin Obituary
Iris Margarita Valentin, also known as Ita, passed away on Oct. 11, 2010. The Vallejo resident was born on Nov. 26, 1933 in Utuado, Puerto Rico.
Ita's memory will be cherished by her daughters, Iris C. Newsom, Sandy Valentin, Debbie Valentin and Tamara Valentin, all of Vallejo; four grandchildren, Gabriel M. Colon, Logan P. Newsom, Ashlee
Hamilton and Madison Hamilton; and two great-grandchilldren, Gabriel M. Colon Jr., and Geana Colon.
Ita was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Victor M. Valentin.
Visitation will be held today, Oct. 15, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Colonial Chapels in Vallejo. She will be buried with her loving husband Victor at the National Cemetery in Puerto Rico.
"For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their Shephard; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." Revelation 7:17.
