Nettie Hines, 87, of Vallejo went to Glory on Sunday, March 10, after a long illness.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Otis Hines Sr.
She is survived by her daughters, Doretha Banks of Oklahoma City, Sandra Hines and Annette (Rance) Vaughn of Vallejo; four sons, Otis Hines Jr. (Patsy) of San Ramon, Demetrius of Stockton, Phillip and Anthony Hines of Vallejo; two sisters, Hattie Cathey (Richard) and Odessa Cambric of Los Angeles; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, March 22, from 3 to 7 p.m., with quiet hour at 7 p.m., Wiggins-Knipp Funeral Home, 524 Capitol St., Vallejo.
Homegoing will be held on Saturday, March 23, at 11 a.m., at Old Path Church of God in Christ, 500 Arkansas St., Vallejo.
Burial at Skyview Memorial Lawn.
All arrangements are taken care of by Wiggins-Knipp Funeral Home.
