Emiliano "Emy" S. Luna was born in the Philippines on Feb. 8, 1935. He met and fell deeply in love with Yolanda Reyes and they married on May 26, 1963 in Noveleta, Cavite. He was raised as a Master Mason at Bagong Ilaw Lodge #97 Noveleta, Cavite. He was a Shriner at Aahmes Temple, Livermore, CA. He was a member of the Solano Association of Realtors for over 20 years. He was a Vietnam Veteran and served with the
United States Navy
for 27 years and achieved the rank of Chief Petty Officer. He enjoyed farming, raising roosters, dancing with his wife, gardening, especially orchids, spending time with his four grandchildren, and loved to dance, eat, travel, and watch sports.
He is survived by his wife, Yolanda; two brothers, Perry and Edgie (in the Philippines); his three children and spouses, Rendy and Lynda, Genie and Joshua, Emilian Jr (Jay R) and Michelle; and his four grandchildren, Renmarie, Lenneah, Noah, and Elijah.
Visitation will be held at Skyview Memorial Lawn, 200 Rollingwood Drive, Vallejo on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19 from 12 to 9 p.m. (Mason Service 6 p.m. and Vigil Service 7 p.m. Sunday).
Mass will be held on Monday, May 20, at 11 a.m., St Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 925 Sacramento St., Vallejo. After Mass, Internment will be held at Skyview Memorial Lawn 707-644-7474.
