Ann Lundin Notice
Nov. 23, 1931 – June 11, 2013
Ann was born in LeRoy, N.Y. on Nov. 23, 1931 and spent her childhood in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She graduated from Clarks Summit High School in Clarks Summit, PA. in 1950.
Ann did many things and enjoyed life fully. She was a good athlete; she almost got in all American Girls Baseball. She worked at Napa State Hospital for 10 years and CalTrans for 16 years as a Toll Collector. She retired from State in 1987. She worked with children in Sunday School and children's church. She became a clown known as 'Scooter', and used puppets and magic to entertain and teach. She did crafts and wood carving with the seniors at the Douglas Center.
She was in the U.S.A.F. for about a year and a half, during which time she met and married her husband (deceased), in Tempe, AZ. They had five children, Nancy Birdsong (George) Madison, AL, Sharon Wentz (Lonnie) Vallejo, Barbara Medow (Ernie) Great Falls, MT, Mary Lundin, Madison, AL; and John Lundin, Vacaville. She had 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Grace Lyons of Titusville, PA; two sisters and three brothers.
Ann was a born again Christian and attended Harvest Time Temple for many years and later with Assembly of God at Church on the Hill.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, June 14 at 11 a.m., with Pastor Scott Peterson officiating at Church on the Hill, 210 Locust Drive, Vallejo.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Church on the Hill Children's Ministry. 
Arrangements are under the direction and care of Skyview Memorial Lawn. 707-644-7474.
