Patricia A. Wysocki

Patricia A. Wysocki, 77, of Edwardsville, formerly of Wilkes-Barre, passed away on Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 in Hospice Community Care, at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre.

She was born in Wilkes-Barre on Nov. 24, 1935, a daughter of the late Harry and Mildred Johns Albeck.

Pat was a 1953 graduate of Meyers High School. She was the owner of Wysocki's Athletic Center in Wilkes-Barre and she was affiliated with the Albeck and Wysocki Construction Co. Pat served as president of the Women's Auxiliary of the Junior Chamber of Commerce and she was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of St. Anthony's Church in Wilkes-Barre. She was a member of St. Nicholas Church, on South Washington Street, Wilkes-Barre.

Pat was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her loving family and many friends.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Stanley A. Wysocki Sr.; daughter, Millie Roke, and her husband, Larry, Wilkes-Barre; sons, Stephen Wysocki and his wife, Christine, Wilkes-Barre; Charles Wysocki, Plymouth; grandchildren, Andrew Roke, Stephanie Wysocki and her companion, Andrew Marcinkowski.

Pat's family thanks Dr. Susan Sordoni and Bret, Dina and Stacey, Dr. Pramthesh Desai and Katie and the staff at Celtic Health Care for their care and compassion.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday morning at 9 a.m. from the Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, 89 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 9:30 a.m. in St. Nicholas Church, 226 S. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Friends may call on Thursday from 4 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
