WEST PITTSON — Paulette Kamor, 70, of West Pittston, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2014.
Born in Hazleton, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Margaret Ancharski.
She was a devout Catholic and member of Corpus Christi Parish, Immaculate Conception Church, West Pittston.
A retired registered nurse, Paulette spent her life caring for others. Her compassion, strength and wisdom made her a wonderful hospice nurse. She was a member of The Reginas of King's College. Paulette will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor F. Kamor; her brother, Paul Ancharski; and sister, Susan Ancharski.
She is survived by six children, Eric Kamor, South Amboy, N.J., Anita Ruskey and her husbnd, Dave, West Wyoming, Ellen Kamor Graham, Collegeville, Adam Kamor and his wife, Amy Decker-Kamor, Wilkes-Barre, Jill Krieg and her husband, Alan, Scranton, and Joseph Kamor and his wife, Heather, West Chester; 10 grandchildren; two sisters, Tori Ancharski, Danville, and Nancy Marko and her husband, Jack, Hazelton; several neices and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Immaculate Conception Church, Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to service.
