MEXICO CITY — Robert L. Williams, 79, died Oct. 16, 2013, in Mexico City, where he lived most of his life.

Born Nov. 11, 1933, in Stroudsburg to Lester A. and Alice Loughney Williams, he graduated Forty Fort High School in 1951 and continued his education at Penn State University and Mexico City College.

He was president of the Mexican division of Arrow Hart Electrical Company until retiring in 1996.

Preceding him were son, Robert Kelly Williams; and sister, Ann Williams Millington.

He is survived by wife, Carmen, Mexico City; daughter, Anitta Williams Pross, and grandsons, Taylor Pross (Leigh), and Ryan Pross, Birmingham; sister, Lucy Miller Murray, Harrisburg; nieces and nephews, Mark, Scott, Michele and Cynthia Millington, of the Wilkes-Barre area.
