PLYMOUTH — Adam Joseph Bernoski III, 59, formerly of Plymouth, passed on to be in the loving arms of his Lord and savior Jesus Christ May 12, 2018, after a courageous fight with lung disease.

Born in Wilkes-Barre on October 3, 1958, Adam was the son of the late Adam and Ida (Young) Bernoski. He attended Wyoming Valley West High School. Adam was a kind person who lived a simple uncomplicated life. He enjoyed family, fishing, watching NASCAR, football, cowboy and action movies. Adam spent the last few years living at the Shickshinny high-rise close to his brother and sisters. He made many friends there and he will be missed by them.

Adam is survived by his children Shayna, Ashley and Adam; grandchildren, Rilay, Jared, Alaina, Gabriel, Conner, Carlislie, Emberlynn; and siblings, Linda Tomasacci and brother-in-law, Rick, Lisa Cleary and brother-in-law, Ray, and Willie Bernoski and fiancée, Fawn. Adam also left many nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be a memorial service held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Mayo Funeral Home Inc., 77 North Main St., Shickshinny, with Pastor John Ritchey presiding. For additional information, or to send condolences, please visit
