Ann Marie Remplewicz, 77, of Kingston, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012 in Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre Hospice Community Care.

Born in Pittston on May 3, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Helen Francik Mancos.

She was a graduate of Duryea High School.

She had worked as a seamstress for many years and was a member of the ILGWU. She was employed by the Alissa Company, Kingston.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Remplewicz, in 1995.

Surviving are her children, Barbara Hoyson and her husband, Anthony, Lehman; Michael Remplewicz and his wife, Lisa, Harding; Paula Remplewicz, Kingston; grandchildren, Angela Hoyson, Christopher Hoyson and Mia Remplewicz.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012 at 11 a.m. in Corpus Christi Parish at Immaculate Conception Church, Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston, with the Rev. Paul A. McDonnell officiating. Those attending are asked to go directly to church. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in St. Mary's of the Maternity Cemetery, Wyoming.
