John "Jack" Klinges, 81, of Plains Township, died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late Frank and Mary Mulherin Klinges, worked at Valley Vending as a vending machine technician for many years. He also lived and worked in California and Montana.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Eugene "Kiki" and Andrew Klinges.
Jack is survived by his daughter, Debbie Belcastro and her husband, Richard, Blossvale, N.Y.; son, John P., Wilkes-Barre; three grandchildren, Richard Belcastro Jr., Corinne Belcastro, Jay Klinges; one great-granddaughter, Alayla; siblings, brother, Francis "Tim" Klinges and his wife, Kathleen, Wilkes-Barre; sister, Maureen Hudack and her husband, Albert, Bear Creek Township; nieces and nephews.
