John Michael "Jack" Wnorowski

WILKES-BARRE — John "Jack" Michael Wnorowski, 83, of Boonton, N.J., passed away on July 8, 2018, at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover, N.J.

Born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, John settled in Boonton in 1963.

John proudly served in both the Navy and Air Force during the Korean War from 1953 to 1960. Prior to his retirement, John worked as a chemical operator for Norda Fragrances in Parsippany, N.J. John loved fishing and hunting. He also loved to plant his backyard garden every year.

John is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Dolores (nee Pechulis); his loving daughter, Karen Cesarski (Christopher); his grandson, Peter; and his siblings, Joseph Wnorowski, Eugene Wnorowski and Eleanor Adamchak. John was predeceased by his sister, Jeannette Bukevicz.
