HARDING — Ross (Ozzie) S. Giamusso Jr., a resident of Harding, passed away Sunday, Jan. 5, 2o14, at his residence.
He was born Oct. 28, 1951, in Pittston, a son of the late Ross (Ozzie) A. Giamusso and Mary (Mae) (Butrum) Giamusso.
He graduated from Pittston High School. He was employed for 11 years at Pennsy Supply and American Asphalt for 25 years. He served for six years in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
Surviving are sons Angelo Giamusso, Berlin, N.H.; Ross M. and wife Veronica Giamusso, Harding; daughters, Keri Ann and husband Michael Lipperini, Prince Frederick, Md.; Leah and husband Stanley Kowalczyk, Bear Creek Township; grandchildren, Courtney and Nicholas Giamusso; Michael and Anthony Lipperini; Dominick Kowalczyk; brother, Richard Giamusso; sisters, Mary Beth Yakobitis, Karen Giamusso Holly; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Graziano Funeral Home Inc., Pittston Township. Viewing will be 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Those who plan on attending should be at the funeral home no later than 8:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. in St. Joseph Marello Parish, William Street, Pittston. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
