Betty Toole, 91, of Wilkes-Barre and formerly of Kingston, passed on Tuesday, June 11, 2013, into eternal life at Riverstreet Manor, Wilkes-Barre.

She was born in Wanamie, a daughter of the late Alan H. and Anna Smith Fraley. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed baking and sharing recipes with her family.
In her younger days, she enjoyed riding on the back of her son's motorcycle, riding it with her husband, Bob. He had a stroke in the early 1970s, and she was Bob's caregiver for nearly 20 years until his passing.
She resided on Division Street in Kingston for more than 40 years. Over the last several years, she was a resident of North Penn Manor.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles D. Davis Sr.; second husband, Robert E. Toole Jr.; daughter, Deborah Ann Toole; brother, Bruce A. Fraley; and sisters, Lois Nelson and Audrey Oller.
She is survived by son, Charles D. Davis Jr., Kingston and Port Orange, Fla.; grandchildren, Kellie Ann Rusinko and her husband, Nicholas, Centermoreland; and Charles D. Davis III, Wilkes-Barre; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Rusinko; Joseph Rusinko; Rebecca Rusinko; Kristen Rusinko; Ashley Rusinko; Tiffany Davis and her fiance, James Weidner; and Tamara Davis; great-great-grandchildren, Lily Ann Weidner and Brayden Matthew Weidner; nieces and nephews.
The family expresses their many thanks and appreciation to the staff and residents of North Penn Manor for all their care and giving.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. She will be sadly missed by her son, Chas, and family.
