Chuck was a true gentleman He had a heart of gold. He quietly did more for this community than people will ever know. I know that New Philadelphia Elks Lodge 510 will be ever grateful for all he did in support of the Lodge. I felt it an honor to work along side him during my time as Exalted Ruler. My prayers go out to his family.
