Maxine E. O'Harra
age 94, of Columbus, died Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Wexner Heritage House. She was born Jan. 25, 1920 in New Philadelphia, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl (Hotem) Hawk. She retired as an accounts receivable supervisor with The Borden Company following many years of service.
Maxine was survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Karen O'Harra, of Bexley; grandson, Bryan O'Harra; great niece, Marquell (Ned) Segelken; other relatives and dear friend, Margaret Isaacs along with many close friends. Besides her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Robert O'Harra in 2005 and a brother Hubert Hawk.
She was formerly a volunteer at Mount Carmel East Hospital for many years and loved to travel.
