Chastity A. Hogue
39, of 11791 Mt. Eaton St. S.W. Navarre, died Thursday Oct. 4, 2012 in Mercy Medical Center at Canton following a courageous battle with cancer. Born Nov. 13, 1972 in Massillon she was a daughter of William (Corrine) Lewis of Bolivar and Penny (Mark) Howarth of Tarrs, Pa. Also surviving are her husband Keith Hogue whom she married Sept. 9, 1995; a stepmother Betty (Robert) Pitcher; four children Brandon, Brock, Bailey and Brett all of the home; brothers Andy (Sarah Tausch) Lewis and Bill (Patty) Lewis; brothers and sisters in law Kim, Kevin, Kendra, James, Brandy and Carrie; fathers-in-law Garry (Misty) Hogue and Darrel (Sherry) Wiles; mother-in-law Deborah; nephews Michael Lewis, Landon Tausch and Chanze Avon; nieces Alyssa Tausch, Gabbi Tausch, Danielle Avon, Diedre Avon, Ashlyne Hogue and Raylynn Hogue; grandfather William Lewis, Sr. of Bolivar; aunt Sue Gamba of Dover and her beloved pomeranians Ricky, Jasmine and Cosmo. She was preceded in death by grandparents Rupert and Bernice Viertel, Opal Lewis, Jesse Ennis and Anna Hootman.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday Oct. 10, 2012 at 12 Noon in Center Church of the Brethren at 2811 Ravenna Ave. Louisville. Pastor Mitch Ladich will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until time of services at noon in the church. The Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar is handling the arrangements. For those unable to attend please visit the funeral home's web site to share a memory and sign the guest register. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions to help with expenses.
