Debra Elaine Berry
age 50 of Scio passed away May 24, 2013 at Aultman Hospital, Canton, Ohio. She was born July 11, 1962 in Twin City Hospital in Dennison, Ohio to Donald Eugene Leggett, Sr. and Donna Jean (Burton) Leggett. She worked for Harcatus Program in Carrollton. Deb was a graduate of Carrollton High School and Buckeye Career Center. She was a graduate of Raedel Business College majoring in computer and accounting. Debra loved sports, horses and her dog, Rikki and was active in Carrollton Schools Sports. She liked romance novels.
Debra is survived by her husband, David Lee Berry of the residence; two daughters, DeAnn Elaine Williamson, her finance, Josh Hooper of Sherrodsville, Ohio and Kayla Ann (Ryan) Pape of Scio; three brothers, Donald Leggett II and his finance, Becky Weaver of Perrysville, Ohio, Darin (Melisa) Leggett of New Philadelphia and Derek (Holly) Leggett of Uhrichsville and a step brother, Brock Felgenhaver of Dayton, Ohio; two sisters, Dusty (Ray) Palmer of Bowerstown, Ohio and Dawn Ella (Robert) "Buck" Cottrell of Uhrichsville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Jaiden Rae, Zach Alan, Mason Tanner, Damien "D Boy"; one expected grandchild, Lyric Faith. Deb is also survived by two special grandchildren, Lucy and Junior. She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandchild, Izaac.
Calling hours for Debra will be Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Allmon Dugger Cotton Funeral Home. Her funeral will be Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Allmon Dugger Cotton Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Grimes officiating. Burial will follow at Perrysville Cemetery.
