98, of Dover died Friday, March 15, 2013 at her granddaughter's home. Born Oct. 6, 1914 in Colliers, W. Va. she was a daughter of the late Charles and Nora Walsh Jackson.
Evelyn was also preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Muldovan in 1993; sons, Frederick and Tom Lewis, daughter, Bronwyn Lewis Hartzell; brothers, Kenneth and William Jackson and sister, Ruth O'Connor.
Evelyn worked as an Executive Secretary at Weirton Steel and had been a long time employee at Williams Furniture having retired when she was 96 years old. She was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at Dover. A wonderful and loving mother and grandmother, Evelyn will be sadly missed by her children, William Lewis and Timothy (Kathy) Muldovan both of Dover; eleven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Cremation has been entrusted to the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home and Crematory at Dover. A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, March 21 at 11 a.m. in the St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Matt Hoover officiating. Following the mass, a luncheon will be held in the Toland-Herzig Monarch Center. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
