Levi Fausnight Obituary
He was born June 11, 1928, at Akron, O., to the late Lola E. (Hershberger) Fausnight and the late Samuel E. Fausnight.
Levi was a graduate of East High School at Akron, Class of 1946.
He was a partner in Ohio Beauty Cut Stone in Akron for 27 years and a licensed agent for Birds Run Reality for 29 years.
Levi was a member of Birds Run Baptist Church.
He was married Aug. 20, 1949, to Noreen Witt Fausnight, who died Sept. 29, 1967. On Sept. 11, 1975, he married Lorrene Simons Fausnight, who died July 22, 2009.
Survivors include five daughters, Norleen Hoadley and husband James of Shepherdstown, W.Va., Denise Gilmore and husband Edwin of Stone Creek, Cristie Merce and husband Rodney of Kimbolton, Teare Reedy and husband William of Seville, Marla Mourer and husband Duane of Kimbolton; six stepchildren, David Orr and wife Nancy of Kimbolton, Joyce Clark and husband Randy of Columbus, Shirley Heller and husband Jeff of Kimbolton, John Orr and wife Cindy of Kimbolton, Ernest James Orr and wife Myong of Cambridge, Susan Mulinix and husband David of Kimbolton; one brother, Ivan Fausnight and wife Doris of Howard; 30 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Samuel and David Fausnight.
Services will be held at Addy Funeral Home at Newcomerstown on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, beginning at 11 a.m. Rev. Pat Peebles will officiate. Burial will take place in Fairfield Cemetery at West Lafayette, O. Visitation will be held in Addy Funeral Home on Monday, April 26, 2010, from 5 to 8 p.m.
Memorials may be made to Birds Run Baptist Church.

We are sorry to hear of your loss. I remember playing with his kids down in Birds Run, next to the "big rock". Thoughts and Prayers are with you. Larry and Betty Everett. (Glen Everett was my uncle)

We are sorry to hear of the loss of Levi. Don't know if any of the kids will remember us, but we sure remember the family, and hope you find comfort in knowing that we care.
