84, of Dover, died peacefully in Hennis Care Center at Dover following a period of declining health. Born in War, W.Va. Aug. 30, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Jess Lee and Gertrude (Harmon) Beavers. After finishing her educational career, Ola worked as a laborer in factories. Ola enjoyed crocheting, needlepointing, and working crossword puzzles. Her faith was nurtured at the Pentecostal church.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Delores (John) Nunnery of Tennessee; her sons, Melvin "Doug" Click of Wisconsin and Robert Click of Dover; and her grandchildren, Michael Cruz, Lisa Cruz-Schroeder, Tracey Coughlin, Matthew Nunnery, Kerri Paschall, Jaimie Severson, Mason Click, Megan Click, and Harley Jo Click; 27 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Ola was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin E. Click; and her three brothers, Roy, Robert, and Graham Beavers; and her granddaughter, Abigail Click.
Visitation will be held in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013 from 10- 11 a.m. with a service beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Dover Burial Park.
