Donna Lee Brown, born June 3, 1935 in Uhrichsville, Ohio passed away in Loveland, Colorado at the Good Samaritan Loveland Village Skilled Nursing facility on June 14, 2014.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Richard; son, Kenneth II (Lori) New Prague, Minn.; daughter, Cynthia (Lawrence) Ft. Collins, Colo.; granddaughters, Courtney Brown, Windom, Minn., Alicia Brown Minot, N.D.; great grandson, Eli Nelson, Windom, Minn. and grandson, Kenneth III, Rosemont, Minn. She lived with her husband at the Good Sam Loveland Village from May 2010 before entering the skilled nursing facility in January 2012. Donna graduated from Uhrichsville, Ohio High School in June 1953 and from St. Luke's School of Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio in August 1956. She married Richard Brown on December 23, 1956. She worked as a nurse over a 16 year period at the Hinsdale San (now Adventist Hospital) from 1962 through 1978. She was active in the Women's Society Christian Service of the United Methodist Churches in Hinsdale, Illinois (1959 through 1989) and Ripon, Wisconsin (1989 through 2003). Donna's interests centered around her home and family.
