Louise Morris
100, of Brewster, died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011 at Brewster Parke. She was born in Brewster on May 14, 1910 to the late Marion and Annunziata (Leon) Belloni and was a lifelong Brewster resident. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Harry L. Morris; a daughter, Paula Ann Morris at the age of 14 in 1953; three sisters, Ann Milano, Margaret Root and an infant sister; three brothers, Joseph and Dominic Belloni and an infant brother; a sister-in-law, Victoria (Ross) Belloni; and a son-in-law, Sam Galioto.
She is survived by a brother, Quindo Belloni; a sister-in-law, Evelyn (Morganstern) Belloni; a daughter, Nancy Galioto; two sons, David and spouse, Alice (Bukhart) Morris and Daniel and spouse, Beth (Thompson) Morris; four grandchildren, Diane and spouse, Herbert Jones, Kristen and spouse, Shawn Nelson, David and spouse, Stacy Morris and Paula and spouse, Jerry Renner; nine great-grandchildren, Jarod and Lillian Jones, Heather and Dale Nelson, Ashton and Griffin Morris, Jacob, Rylee and Isaac Renner; a step-grandson, Anthony Galioto; and a step-great-granddaughter, Angila and her spouse, Max Marquez.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church in Brewster with Father Robert Kaylor officiating. Burial will be in St. Clements Cemetery in Navarre. There will be no calling hours and the procession will begin at the church. Spidell Funeral Home in Brewster is handling the arrangements. www.spidellfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity or to St. Judes Research Hospital.
