Reichert (Jake)
39, passed away Nov. 28 2012 of complications from Muscular
Dystrophy while vacationing in Las Vegas, Nev. He was born May 10, 1973 in Massillon, Ohio but had
lived in many different areas and was currently residing in Mesa, Ariz. Jake was proud to have served in the United States Army and had been stationed at Ft. Drum, N.Y. Jake was a 1991 graduate of Rutherford B. Hayes High School in Delaware, Ohio. His happiest memories were in Ohio, particularly the Atwood Lake region where he had many friends. Jake spent many happy hours watching, talking about and enjoying football, especially the Cleveland Browns and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Jake is survived by his father, Dave (Debbie) Reichert of Mesa, Ariz.; brothers, Josh Reichert of Gahana, Ohio and Jon (Tammy) Reichert; nephews Jordan, Caleb, and niece, Alyssa Reichert of Pataskala, Ohio; and an aunt, Adrienne Gawlak, of Canton Ohio. Jake was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Reichert; his maternal grandparents, Chester and Alice Cole; paternal grandparents, Harold and Helen Reichert; his uncles and an aunt, Chuck, Don and Martha Cole.
Jake will be laid to rest in Sherrodsville Memorial Gardens. No services are planned.
