Raymond A. Daley Sr.

Daley, Raymond A. Sr. EAST GREENBUSH Raymond A. Daley, Sr., 81, of East Greenbush died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at St Mary's Hospital. Ray was born in Mt Vernon. He graduated from Perdue University. He was a senior systems analyst for NYS Dept. of Labor, retiring in 1992 after 31 years of service. Ray was an honorary life member, past district deputy, past exalted ruler and past Elk of the Year of the Rensselaer Elks BPOE lodge 2073. He was also a Navy veteran of the Korean War. Ray is survived by his wife of 58 years, Viki Daley; daughter, Diane (Bagrian) Vatchev of Butler, N.J. and sons, Raymond A.(Faith Callif-Daley) Daley III of Springboro, Ohio, and Thomas (Evelyn) Daley of East Greenbush; proud grandfather of Nicole Kern, Justine, Serena, Thomas and Marissa Daley, Petkana and Steven Vatchev. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours Saturday, February 22 from 1-3 p.m. followed by the funeral at 3 p.m. at Wm. J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc., 165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer. Interment will follow at the East Greenbush Cemetery, Hays Rd East Greenbush.
