She served on the boards of Friends of Olana, the Albany Boys Club, and the Bethlehem Historical Association. In both the First Bethlehem and Delmar Reformed Churches she served as elder and deacon. She belonged to the Dutch Settlers Society, the Huguenot Society, Tawasentha D.A.R., the Delmar Progress Club and the Women's Council of the Albany Institute of History and Art. She is survived by her husband, William D. Bennett; son, Keith W. Bennett (Sue) of Delmar; daughters, Susan Scofield (Robert) of Kennedyville, Md. and Mary Lou Terko of North Ferrisburgh, Vt.; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and in-laws, Richard Bennett and Catherine Fisk. Keith, Sue, Amy and the entire family -

In addition to being devoted to her family, Allison was a special and talented observer and author. She led a very full life, and it's sad for us all to lose her.

Bill, Sue, Keith,
So sad to hear about Cousin Allison; I remember my mother and Addie telling about the great family times the three had together. She was a great friend to all and shared her knowledge while treating everyone with great respect.

Mary Lou,
With sympathy on the loss of your Mom. Treasure all the great times. She was such a wonderful person. Remember the fun we had when you lived in Selkirk next to Aunt Tek. The playhouse was wonderful.
God Bless you and all your family
