Maude, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My sincere condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. I only knew Alain from the times I came into EBA to pick up the girls and he was at the desk. He was cordial and helpful to me, a stranger, which was very appreciated. I am sure you will miss him so.
