Angela Tobler Obituary

Tobler, Angela LATHAM Angela M. "Lee" Tobler, 85, of Latham, beloved wife of the late Richard A. Tobler Sr., passed away peacefully on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Albany Medical Center, Albany. Born in Albany on April 15, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Bernardino and Donata (Marghe-rita) Magliocca. On June 2, 1956, she was joined in marriage with Richard A. Tobler Sr. and the two shared a blessed union of 45 years prior to his passing on July 31, 2001. Lee was employed with Montgomery Wards in Menands for many years in the mail order department. She was also a former parishioner at St. Patrick's Church in Watervliet. Lee was truly devoted to her family and they were her priority and the center of her life, she also loved spending many summers with them in and on the beach of Lake George. She is survived by her loving sons, Richard (Carol) Tobler Jr. of Albany, Mark (Katie) B. Tobler of Waterford and Andrew (Dawn) J. Tobler of Latham; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Tara Mae, Leeanne and Maeve Tobler; her sisters, Rose and Grace Magliocca, both of Colonie; and her sister-in-law, Marie Tobler. Lee is predeceased by her sister, Nancy (Louis) Santandrea; and her sister-in-law, Josephine Tobler. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Thursday, January 12, 2012 from 4-7 p.m. at the Dufresne & Cavanaugh Funeral Home, 149 Old Loudon Rd., Latham. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday January 13 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Our Light Catholic Church, 1 Maria Drive, Loudonville.
