Wein, Ann Marie (Bocketti) MECHANICVILLE Ann Marie Bocketti Wein, 69, of Mechanicville, passed into eternal rest on July 11, 2012 at The Inn at St. Peter's Hospice in Albany, with her loving family at her side. Ann was born in Troy and was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Caroline Cioffi Bocketti. She graduated from Catholic Central High School in Troy and had been employed by Grandma's Restaurant in Albany, Price Chopper in Malta and Marshalls in Clifton Park. Ann enjoyed reading, cooking and baking and listening to Elvis Presley. But the passion always in her life was her family. Ann is survived by her three sons, Michael (Lisa) Wein of Malta, Joseph Wein (Kaitlyn Baker ) of Ballston Lake and Anthony (Cindy) Wein of Ballston Spa. Ann was predeceased by her former husband, Daniel P. Wein. She is also survived by her brother, Philip P. (Mary Frances) Bocketti of Canton, Mich. and her grandchildren, Geoffrey, Sarah, Rebecca and Elias. Ann is also survived by two nephews, Marc and Philip Bocketti, and several cousins. The funeral service for Ann will be held on Monday morning at 9:15 a.m. from The Bocketti Funeral Home, 336 Third St., Troy and at 10 a.m. from St. Anthony's Church in Troy where a Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated by Rev. Mario Julian, OFM, pastor. Relatives and friends are invited to attend and may call at the funeral home Sunday from 3- 6 p.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Troy. To remember Ann in a special way the family requests contributions to be made to The St. Peter's Hospice, Albany N.Y., in Ann's memory.
