We lived in South Troy when we were newly married. We would often walk down to DeFazio's to get pizza or buy their dough and pizza sauce. I remember Mr.DeFazio was always so kind and helpful with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. May God comfort you with His peace and your many good memories of such a good man.

Dear Mary,
I worked with you many years ago at the Labor Dept. and remember going to your home in South Troy and your parents making pepperoni bread (I think that's what they called it)for us. It was the first time I ever even heard of pepperoni bread but it sure was delicious and I remember what a nice day that was.
I'm sure you and your family have wonderful memories. Please know that you are all in my thoughts at this time.

Anthony, so sorry to hear that you lost your dad on Friday. I remember I had just asked you Friday morning how he was doing, and you said he was comfortable. And that he knew you all were with him during this time. What a fulfilling life he had, touching so many lives. For that, you must all be so proud. He will live on in his children and grandchildren. May peace be with him, and your family.

What a gentleman! What a loss! What a wonderful person. It was always a pleasure to go to their store and chat with him and his wife. They showed me where the old Valenti's Bakery was in the back of their store on Williams St. and suggested I get picture before they razed the building. They will be missed by all who had the pleasure of meeting them.
Our condolences to his entire family.
