With Cathe's kindness, sincerity, humor and wonderful personality, she made many friends during her 40-year career in the restaurant business. Cathe and her husband, Frank enjoyed spending time in their home in Arizona and traveling about the country, and loved sharing stories of their travels in Ireland. Cathe loved to talk about the things that she had seen and the places she had been. Her endearing love to her children was well known. She enjoyed being involved with their activities. She had a special bond with each one and was always available to listen, hug, encourage, comfort and love. She made each feel very special. Her passing will leave a void in the hearts of the people who knew her and her smile will be forever etched in their hearts. Cathe loved her little dog, Winslow, who gave her great joy.
