Wren, Chloe COHOES Chloe Chenaile Marie Wren left footprints on our hearts July 4, 2014 at the age of five. Although this was unexpected she was with her mother and near her family when she passed. In her five years with us she has shown strength and love that has touched us all. Living on in remembrance of this precious life are her mother Danielle Doris Marie Wren; father Keith Lawrence Rockefeller; sisters, Riley Houle, Savannah and Olivia Wren; maternal grandmother Michelle Wren; paternal grandparents, Diane and Donald Rockefeller and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Chloe loved her family and friends with the fierceness of a tiger and a true understanding of life's obstacles beyond her years. It will not be easy to carry on without Chloe, but we must in order to celebrate her life. There are many caregivers outside of her family that helped to improve Chloe's life. The Make a Wish Foundation gave Chloe and her family the opportunity to visit the Disney land, something she would not have had a chance to do. Albany Medical Center Children's Hospital and Ronald McDonald House made the difficult days easier. We also would like to thank the teachers and staff at the Abram Lansing School in Cohoes for the support and generosity they have shown during Chloe's short attendance. There are more to thank that we are not able to name, but we know who you are and you will forever be in our prayers for what you have done. Thank you. The funeral service will be Friday, July 11, at 9 a.m. at the United Church of Cohoes. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery Waterford. Calling hours are Thursday July 10, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Marra Funeral Home Cohoes. A gathering will be held after the burial at the United Church of Cohoes. Donations can be made at TD Bank - Benefit for Chloe Wren.
