Been many years since i have seen Colin, but truly remember when I helped with the D.A.R.E. program with him and three other officers, a true blue officer who cared about the kids and the people in the Town,and an honored Soldier serving his Country as well. Dear Connie, Chad and Nicole, I had the pleasure of working with "Clarky" for many years, he was a wonderful boss and no matter what was going on around us he managed to make everyone laugh and lighten any situation. He will be missed.
