Lapham, Harold W. GLENVILLE Harold W. Lapham, born December 26, 1929, died peacefully on December 14, 2012. Son of the late Harold Gaynor and Emma Winnie Lapham. He recently returned to Glenville, after living in Largo, Fla. for 21 years. He was the owner of Harold Lapham & Son, Inc, active in the Masonic community in Westmere and a past master of the Ancient Temple Lodge. He was a veteran of the Navy and active member of the church. He is survived by the love of his life of 61 years, Frances (Schilling) Lapham; children, Harold R. (Barbara) Lapham of Spotslyvania, Va.; Cynthia Gallagher of Schenectady; Sharron (James) McCullough of Scotia and son-in-law, Joseph Gallagher. Six grandchildren, Sarah and James McCullough, Heidi Lapham, Nicole (Paul) Gordon and Jennifer and Elizabeth Gallagher; two great-grandchildren, Margot and Elgin Gordon and a sister, Mildred Shell of Richmond, Va. Calling hours are on Monday at Bekkering Funeral Home, 1 Mohawk Ave, Scotia, from 4 to 7 p.m. Masonic service to be held at 4 p.m. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, 10 a.m. at First Reformed Church, 8 N. Church St., Schenectady. Interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie.
