Fisher, Lawrence F. MALTA Lawrence F. Fisher, 81, passed away on Monday, July 7, 2014. Born in Troy, he was the son to the late John Fisher Sr. and Edna Mildred VanAllen Fisher. Larry was raised and lived most of his life in Lansingburgh. He loved to cook, was an avid T.V. watcher, he loved music and taking walks in the neighborhood. Larry is survived by his nieces, Judith A. Jordan (Jamie), Deborah L. Mustone (the late Richard), Martha Jenkins (Jack), Linda Hall (David); his nephews, Charles J. Lewis, John Fisher III (Jan), Mason Fisher (June); his great-niece, Carin D'Ambro; his great-nephew, Brent D'Ambro (Natalie); his sister-in-law, Sally Comeskey. He is also survived by many other great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Mildred E. Van Vranken and her husband, William H. Van Vranken and his brother John Fisher Jr. Cremation was at Gardner Earl Crematory. A graveside service and burial of cremated remains will be held at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Elmwood Hill Cemetery, Troy.
