Hart, Nikki L. EAST GREENBUSH Nikki L. Hart, 33, of East Greenbush, died tragically Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Albany Memorial Hospital. Nikki was born in Albany and was the owner operator of Hart Real Estate, where she was the principal broker for over seven years. Nikki is survived by her two daughters, Olivia Guynup and Addison Guynup; her father, William D. Hart Sr.; and mother, Victoria L. (Haley) Hart; a sister, Ashley Hart; and two brothers, John and William Hart Jr. She is also survived by grandparents, Sandra and David Haley and Donald and Joan Hart; aunts and uncle, Brian (Pam) Hart, Eric (Kelly) Hart, Steven (Beth) Hart, Suzanne (Robert) Mangold, Dianne (Kevin) Tuffey, Kristen Hart, Tracy (Richard Stone) Dodge, Kelly (John) Vermette and Josiah (Carrisa) Haley. Also survived by two nieces, Alexis and Emma Hart; a step-daughter, Lauren Guynup; as well as many, many cousins. She is also predeceased by uncle Davie Haley. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Thursday morning at 10 o'clock from the Holy Spirit Church, Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush, where a liturgy of Christian Death and Burial will be celebrated with Father Joseph O'Brien officiating. Friends are invited to her calling hours, Wednesday evening from 3-9 at the Rockefeller Funeral Home, 165 Columbia Tpk., Rensselaer, NY 12144. Entombment will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Rensselaer. The family has requested that those who wish make memorial contributions in her name to the Nikki Hart Children's Memorial fund C/O the Kinderhook Bank, 567 Columbia Tpk., East Greenbush, NY 12061.
